Our intention was to visually depict the act of deep contemplation. To achieve this, we ventured into a dimly lit room, investing considerable time and effort in meticulously adjusting the lighting. The outcome of our endeavor materialized in the form of this captivating image.

This striking photo was the result of meticulous planning and setup over several days. To create the effect, we used an 8’x8’ foam board with a precisely cut 12”x12” circle at its center. A powerful 700W Softbox Light was positioned behind the board, allowing light to shine exclusively through the circular opening. After fine-tuning the camera settings, the perfect shot emerged. Interestingly, my head wasn’t the original choice for the silhouette, but it ultimately became the most captivating focal point of the composition.
