The black sandy beaches on La Palma are just spectacular. This photo was taken on Playa de Nogales. It took me about 15 minutes walking on a cliff before I could reach it, but it was most definitely worth it. The small beach surround by sky high cliffs, the wild waves.. It just made me feel really small. But it also felt special to be able to be there and take it all in.
