The sculpture "A Farewell to Arms!" is located in the park near the Palace of Children's (Youth) Art (formerly the Palace of Pioneers) at the intersection of Kirov and Militsionnaya Streets. Opening Date: September 3, 2015 (the opening coincided with the Day of Solidarity in the Fight against Terrorism). Meaning: The sculpture is dedicated to the memory of victims of terrorism worldwide.
