Walking through Wellington's Central park at night is a spooky but at the same time unique experience. A few minutes in, and you are fully immerse in a dark and dense forest and you'd be surrounded by thousand of bright blue little fairy lights, creating a magical atmosphere. These tiny "fairy lights" are given by glow-worms (Arachnocampa luminosa) which are the larvae of a fly. Māori call them titiwai, meaning lights reflected in water.

In this shot, I've captured the powerful floodlights of Dynamo Stadium in Minsk. The stark contrast of the bright lights against the dark night sky creates a dramatic and captivating image. The beams of light cutting through the darkness highlight the architectural design of the stadium's lighting system. This minimalistic and monochromatic scene emphasizes the intensity and focus of the stadium, even when it's empty. It's fascinating how such a simple element can convey the energy and atmosphere of a place meant for grand events and sports.

Those who know me, are well aware of my passion for Apple. Every year the newest Iphone gets released with a dedicated wallpaper, which I copy each time in the circumstances of my own home. This was exactly the case with the release of iPhone 12. The newest feature, the 5G can be noted all over it especially on the vibration of the frequency. After a couple days of brainstorming, I’ve found a way, in which I could recreate this specific effect. However it could only be an independent Apple inspired project, which I really liked with the usage of lighting.
