I was facilitating my last leadership programme, the week before Christmas at Beaverbrook House, near Leatherhead, UK. It was owned by Lord Beaverbrook, who was a friend of Sir Winston Churchill. It is now a luxury hotel. Underneath the Christmas Tree, there where may gifts, wrapped up and then I spotted the gift tag on one, Love. This is what the world and people need a lot more.
