African Painted Dog at the Cincinnati Zoo in November.  I liked this picture because I was so close and he looks really serious.  I normally don't get to be so close to these beautiful animals.

A beautiful red flower hanging on to the side of a cliff and thriving.  I took this on the Rough Trail in Red River Gorge.  If given the opportunity, life thrives.

I took this picture while resting after a long hike under Gray's Arch in Red River Gorge.  It was beautiful day.

This waterfall is at the bottom of Gray's Arch in Red River Gorge.  

Backpacking Rough Trail through Red River Gorge I came across this amazing rock where trees have wrapped their roots around it.  It is very bizarre and I had to snap a pic of it.

Hidden water fall on Grayson Lake. I took this picture sitting in a kayak.  To get to the falls you have to kayak through a grotto that isn't much bigger than the kayak.  It was beautiful.
