My photo of the Orion Nebula was taken in my backyard in Petaluma, California. It is composed of 60 images at 60 seconds each. Your first guess might have been a desert, the second guess might have been a beach. Welcome to Stockton, which is both. It's a vast land that has huge dunes close to the ocean. First Australians lived here long before it was used as a WWII fortification against the Japanese (because it legit looks big and convenient for an entire troop to land here, like the Dunkirk)

In the Palm House on a hot summers day temperatures sore and humidity levels reach an all time high. As the sunlight poured through the giant glass windows creating a golden glow, I stopped for a minute with sweat dripping down my face, to take this photo.
