This is an image taken in Scotland of my beautiful wife Christie meeting a Highland Cow (AKA Coo) on a country road.

While in Mexico photographing agave farmers and tequila producers, I spotted this bull in an agave field and rushed right in to take this picture without considering the danger. Fortunately, I captured the shot and escaped without being gored.

This photograph caps a week of an imbedded experience with agave farmers and tequila distillers.
