This used to be a US Navy plane. Story says the pilot switched over to the wrong fuel tank and the plane crashed. All the crew went out alive luckily. Truly one of the cool place to visit in Iceland.

The photo was taken on a cold winter day in Iceland at sunset in the famous Reynisfjara beach (the black sand beach). Next time I’ll remember to also check out what’s coming on my left hand side while taking pictures…

This incredible mountain is located in the North Western part of Iceland. We went there ending a week long trip around the country and man was this amazing to see with our own eyes. Next time we will try and spend the night there, will probably be cold but no doubt Northern Lights here would be absolutely worth it. Magic!

This is Godafoss. We were driving in the northern parts of Iceland somewhere near Akureyri and Dettifoss. The North really is sheer wilderness. This is one of the must see waterfalls of Iceland, couldn’t drive by without stopping to get a few shots.
