Bodie Island Lighthouse (and it’s reflection in the remnants of a morning rain storm) in Nags Head, NC. 

The United States Marine Corps Memorial was inspired by the famous 1945 photo taken during the battle of Iwo Jima. This capture was taken early during a weekend snow in winter of 2021.

Taken on a morning photowalk during the annual blooming of Washington, DC’s Cherry Blossom trees. It was a cold morning, but the day ended up becoming the first day the season’s ‘Peak Bloom’, so the flowers were gorgeous.
